I have over 5 years experience in the fitness industry initially starting out as a practitioner of Korean military martial arts, moving on to HIIT/insanity style cardio training and then in the last 3 years focused mainly on traditional gym based exercise routines.
The main reason a majority of people exercise in a gym or at home is for appearance and that usually involves two things which are building muscle and burning fat, the most effective ways to achieve this is using free weights and enduring high intensity interval training (HIIT), thats where I come in extremely useful as not only is free weights unsafe and ineffective if done wrong but I am also an expert in both HIIT and weight/resistance training.
I am also very knowledgeable on training clients with health related goals (general fitness) or sport specific goals (marathon runner, boxer etc.) I understand how difficult it can be starting out in fitness, especially seeing as i myself have lost nearly 50kg of body fat in my time. I can still remember what being unfit and out of shape was like and how it affected my life on a day to day basis, but through hard training, learning through other professionals and through trial and error i was able to achieve what so many are struggling with all over the place!
